Servers/Wait Staff
Our servers are trained to be professional and friendly toward your guests.  From maintaining the cleanliness level of the space for a simple appetizer party to providing five-star formal dinner service, they are knowledgeable of every task at hand. 

Bartenders
Our bartenders are fully trained to prepare any drink your guest might desire and are knowledgeable about pairing appropriate wines with your food selections.  They arrive fully prepared with all the supplies needed to operate the bar, including shakers, strainers, bottle openers, wine key, bottle pourers, cutting board and knife, ice scoop, and bar towels.  Please inform us if margaritas or other specialty drinks are on the menu so the bartender can bring the appropriate equipment.

Chefs
Providing your own food but need some assistance in the kitchen?  Our fully trained chefs can assist with food preparation from start to finish.  Each chef brings his or her own knife kit but will typically require the use of your kitchen equipment.  If your party requires special equipment, we can arrange for this to be brought in.

Kitchen Assistants
Our helpful staff is trained to assist with all things that happen in the kitchen.  They can help with everything from washing dishes, heating food, and cleaning up until your kitchen is cleaner than we found it!

Event Captains/Managers
Have you ever hosted a party and felt you were too busy to enjoy it?  Our event captains and managers are trained to coordinate everything about your event, from setup to breakdown.  They can assist with rental installs, direct a large staff, troubleshoot problems, execute timelines, and ensure you can relax to enjoy your own party!

Miscellaneous Staff
A full staff can really make your guests feel welcome!  We offer door greeters, barbacks, bussers, coat check staff, production setup crew, and more to round out your service.

Uniforms
We offer our clients a variety of wardrobe options to select from:

All Black:  For men, black slacks, black collared shirt with no tie.  For women, black slacks, black blouse.  Black shoes for both.

Black Bistro:  Black slacks, black button-down long-sleeved collared shirt, black dress shoes, black tie.

White Bistro: Black slacks, white button-down long-sleeved collared shirt, black dress shoes, black tie.

Contemporary Casual:  Black polo shirt, khaki pants, black casual shoes.

Specialty Uniforms:  We can also accommodate requests for uniforms for themed events, such as Hawaiian shirts.  Especially specific uniform requests can be arranged with additional charges.

Areas We Serve
Serving all of Southern California, including West L.A., San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, the Inland Empire, Ventura County, Santa Barbara, Orange County, the South Bay, and beach communities.

Rates & Hours

Servers - $35/hour

Bartenders - $35/hour

Chefs - $50/hour

Kitchen Assistants - $25/hour

Event Captains - $50/hour

Coat check, Door Greeter, Busser, Bar Back, and Production Crew- $20/hour

Our staff works on a five hour minimum on site, including setup and breakdown.  Depending on the style and size of the event, staff usually arrives an hour to an hour and a half in advance to set up, and most events require about a half hour of cleanup at the conclusion.  Rates for bookings of less than five hours can be negotiated by calling our offices.

Payment Methods
We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.  For invoices over $300, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 10 days prior to the event.  Payment for invoices less than $300 can be held by a credit card without charge, with full payment due 10 days prior to the event.

Gratuity Policy
We feel that tipping is never necessary, never expected, but always appreciated.  Should you wish to give the staff a gratuity, you may either tip the staff directly at the event or have us include it in the final invoice.

Other Charges That May Apply:

Travel charges – A small additional fee may apply to accommodate the staff for long distance travel.  This rate is a flat fee determined by mileage.

Parking – If there is no free parking available for the staff, we may require payment for this as well.

TaxTax is added to the invoice total, per current California State rates.
